I began using this cbd oil a few weeks ago as I struggle to sleep due to arthritic pain. The effects were pretty much immediate. 10ml bottle, hemp oil 800mg:
12mg of hemp per spray, 1 spray is 0.15ml, 66 sprays per bottle = 72p dose
20ml bottle, hemp oil 1600mg:
12mg of hemp per spray, 1 spray is 0.15ml, 132 sprays per bottle = 68p dose
Hemp Oil Mint dosage
Start with 1-2 sprays daily, under the tongue daily and increase the dosage to where you feel comfortable. 1 spray carries 12mg of hemp, which is more than a pipet droplet would, so bare this in mind if you’ve previously used pipets. Take it 2 hours either side of any medication you are taking, leave 4 hours either side for blood thinners, beta blockers, statins or blood pressure medications or any medications marked grapefruit contraindicated. This is to allow the liver to process them separately.

Sativa L extract, Organic Hemp oil and natural mint flavour. Our plants are grown on organic farms that do not use pesticides, herbicides, artificial fertilisers or harmful chemicals.
The Tonic Oil is vegan and lactose friendly. We use CO2 Extraction.
